Confidentiality

As a sworn translator for the English language/Hamburg, Peter Winslow has a duty under § 5(1) of the Hamburg Interpreter Act, among other things, (1) to carry out conscientiously any responsibilities, with which he has been tasked; (2) to retain, with the requisite care, the deeds and other writings, with which he has been entrusted; (3) not to disclose to unauthorized persons any content contained in any such deed or other writing; (4) to maintain confidentiality; and (5) neither to exploit nor to share with third parties any facts, of which he learns during any engagement.

In the event the foregoing duties do not apply as a matter of law to any service, for which you request a quote or which you commission, he commits, out of an abundance of caution, to complying with the foregoing duties even as regards such service.
